I propose that all polls MUST have the option "Mupepe". It does not matter what the issue is, it's always Mupepe.

Mupepe is pretty much everywhere at all times here on the 'Bore.  You can't escape him, and I don't know why you'd want to.  Drinking an ounce of Mupepe's sweat would probably allow even PD to get laid!
