My interest in this movie falls every day.

When I heard the movie would feature a rather cheesy - even by Spiderman standards - villian (Sandman) I thought "meh who cares, it'll work". Then I saw the emo shit and thought "hm ok, well it should still rock..." When I heard Tobey's horrible preformance of his lines in the trailer ("the power...it feels good...") I thought "..."

I'll see it on day one but it looks like I won't be 100% sure of the movie. I walked into Spiderman 2 expecting it to be awesome, and it was. A few months ago I felt the same about Spiderman 3, and thought out of all the movies I'll see this year (Harry Potter, Transformers, etc) I won't have any worries about this one. Not anymore :-\
