Title: Would you blow up a person to save the Notre Dame cathedral?

If you blow up one random person, it will be rebuilt in all its glory by divine light.

This is unironically a thread i wanted to open multiple times on GAF, back in the day.
I was wondering what the value of an historical artifact/building was, compared to a life, and where someone would draw the line.

I never did, because i'd be ashamed to admit, i'd probably let a whole lot of people die, to avoid blowing up the Sistine Chapel, for example. And i didn't want to out myself as a psycho.   :drake

So the answer is yes, i'd be willing to be the person, although as long as we can rebuild them with 99% accuracy, what would be the point?
