Just bought a variety pack of this shit because idk
So far only tried black cherry, it’s aight I guess
-
If I you can't drink it straight, then don't drink it.
-
nay.
Rye neat or bust.
-
Didn’t finish the black cherry, tryin lime and liking it more
-
Idk man this is just shitty Smirnoff ice or something. You win again, advertising

I don't purchase alcohols unless they have (at the very least) a thin layer of dust on the top of the container. It's the only way to make sure you're not getting bamboozled by some slick copy.
-
Well, it’s not a mixed drink, it’s a hard seltzer! This is LaCroix’s fault, culturally
-
Sounds like something PD would be into.
Sparkling wine in a can is the best rtd esque option imo. Def funny. Ngl, have bought it a few times.
-
Kinda baffles me there aren't any good pre mixes. Old fashioned in a can? A pisco, gin or whisky sour you shake up and pour out that has that creamy texture every time. Maybe even a little bitters dropper with a 6 pack.
Faith in food science dwindling.
-
Better than fucking IPAs I guess.
-
even canned beer tastes bad. fuck your cans.
Trillium’s stuff comes in cans and is literally no joke some of the best beer I’ve ever had. The dialed in IPA :rejoice
The kind of best where you sincerely consider the cost to get it shipped to you best.
-
Theyre not bad as an On the Boat/Beach all day in the sunday drinking esp when you're tired of light beer
-
Ended up having a raspberry later as well. They’re like barely boozey clearly canadians, coming to a family bbq near you
-

Lots of good, high quality beer comes in cans nowadays. Singlecut, Root & Branch, Toppling Goliath, like Andy-kun said Trillium. Hardcore beer nerds will line up a day in advance for a new Other Half release for instance.
-
they aren't bad. i like the unflavored a decent amount. tried adding vodka and lime to it and that turned out pretty great

Yep, before my boss retired he lined up at trillium and got probably $200 of their stuff for the office. It sounded crazy to me but when he came back with the goods I understood.

If you're drinking it out of the can then you just suck at living. Pour it into a glass. Fuck.

Has there ever been a good retail pre mixed drink? :ufup
I had a canned gin and tonic in Japan that wasn't bad once. [shrug]
-
Japan has good canned coffee as well, they are exceptional
-
Day 2: grape fruit. Considering buying a hawaiiian shirt
-
couple more of those and you'll be rocking boat shoes and plaid shorts
-
Does it get you drunk? Yes.
Will it make you fat? Not by itself but once you drink enough you'll eat dumb shit like pizza and Taco Bell.
Y'all some fucking snooty motherfuckers. Drink for utility and effect, not "taste" you shitbags.
-
mac bringing up Triullium :mynicca
-
Oh yeah, these are great btw.
But I generally don't say no to alcohol so maybe don't take my word for it.
-
I like La Croix but I don’t need it to have alcohol for me to enjoy it. I’d rather it not have alcohol.
If it’s super hot out and I want some booze gimme a well made Pilsner or Helles Lager. Maybe a Grisette.
-
It is the best one :dead
I’ll probably buy a just grapefruit pack again sometime

We should have quality and quantity (which has a quality of its own). Let a 100 flowers bloom. :doge

SO like, White Claw is fine, I just am super sensitive to that 'cloyingly sweet' sensation that things with artificial and sometimes real (but alternative) sweeteners have. Big fan of subtlety. Truly very much tastes like plain ol sparkling water but with booze. That said 5% is some water off the back level stuff until you've had a lot of them.

Focus is completely wrong in that pic.
Banplz

Your Catscatscats should swipe you across the face with their White Paw.
Drink some real shit. *opens bottle of "craft" beer from the local Aldi*
-
I tried it this weekend too. Yee claw my fellow boomers
-
Tastes like a cheap vodka tonic drive past a raspberry field.
Nasty.
-
Update: I like these now (https://brewpublic.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/SeekOut-Real-Hard-Seltzer-by-2-Towns-Ciderhouse-.png)
-
Never understood alcoholic compromises. Either straight or all in on the caloric cocktails. I want three different liquors and the resultant liquid being a nuclear shade of green

Cucumber + juniper? :yuck
-
You never had Hendricks gin?
-
Or, just like, any gin...
-
I’ve been on an aviation (cocktail made with gin) kick lately. That shit’s delicious but can get pricey for me since I can drink them fast, whereas I can spend a similar amount on a decent whiskey or bourbon and savor each glass more slowly.
White claws an alright alternative for “summer beers”, I guess, and for calorie counting I’d probably rather have them than “light” beers, which pretty much all suck.

Know how to brand brehs
-
Alcoholism but for enbys :thinking
-
hard seltzer. Sounds pretty gay to me.
:supergay
-
Finally tried one of these and it was alright for what it was. I'll still risk the weight gain that comes from drinking traditional beer though.
-
there is apparently some bullshit country song about DRINKIN CLAWS that will bring the nationwide phenomenon down south. :-\
