Probably useful for games where you just want/need to figure out what the UI says. Somewhat less useful for story-centric games. :lol

I saw a site that does browser emulation of old PC-98 visual novels doing a similar thing, all the games are auto-translated [again, poorly].

Useless feature.

Better off learning to code and try your hand at contributing to the romhacking scene instead.

Or if you understand Japanese, contribute to a romhacking group looking for a translator.
