As I get older, have found it's basically a combination of drinking, watching sports, and gambling but have been a bit less of all lately.

I wish it was 'working out' or some other healthy hobby but what can you do.

Main hobby surrounds being a huge nerd for beer; most people have no clue how nerdy it can get. Waiting in lines for hours at beer releases, spending hundreds of dollars on secondary sale bottles.. trading beer online with people. Other hobbies:
- Gaming, another hobby my wife and I share
- Working out I suppose? I dunno, I spend around 12 hours a week doing it and enjoy it enough to consider it a hobby
- Hiking is a recent one we plan on getting more into. I avoided it for years because I had an ankle issue that seems to have improved somehow miraculously
- Just got into "bouldering" gyms. It's not rock climbing w/ ropes it's the kind where they build these crazy walls w/ holds on them. Only been a couple of times but already planning on getting a membership if I start working downtown more, one of my best friends got me into it and he's like a crazy legit rock climber so might get into that too

I did rock climbing a few times. Nothing with the harness, just the free climbing ones that go up about 20-30 ft. Was an insane workout, 2 hours and I felt dead.

If you and the missus ever find yourself out on LI I'd be more than happy to take you to a few local breweries (and there's even a meadery that just opened).
