Mines is pretty simple these days.

Keys
Airpods
Watch - cheap Timex. Nothing special

I have a work laptop that stays at work, but I do carry a backup, a personal Macbook Pro in case I want to work at a coffee shop.

Watching EDC videos is a guilty pleasure of mine, just due to the ridiculousness of these loadouts.

i switched to one of those slim wallets not too long ago and keep it in my front pocket, couldn't go back to a folding wallet anymore. don't usually carry a pocketknife but i keep one in the car. same for a lighter and pen.

Also got myself a flat wallet last year and love it. Keep some coins and notes in my car just in case, but not carrying it around. Just credit cards.

ya i have a backup $20 bill in my wallet cause you'll run into a place with their machine down or that only takes cash sometimes but i've had the same one in there for months now. :lol finally getting more places here that take apple pay so that's even easier.

Used to have a folding knife / multitool but it was more trouble than its worth on most days.
