i will say, australian and new zealand lamb is all too popular in the states -- at least around the mid atlantic -- and is significantly more gamy. if lamb isn't your thing you should try less fatty cuts from the grass-fed domestic breeds. save mutton for stews and also, i equate not liking lamb to racism so you lot could also try being less fucking racist

I've ordered it from all forms of local establishments. Used in Italian pasta to Iraqi skewers to pakastani creations. I think it's my Caribbean sense of taste? But fuck lamb fucks me up I cannot stand it.
Have you had a wide range of meats? If you had things like deer, rabbit, elk, and other wild game you'd probably have better appreciation of how good lamb is.
