Title: My stretch marks were gone.
Post by: FlameOfCallandor on January 30, 2007, 11:30:08 PM: So as many of you know, I have been dieting and exercising the past few weeks. Today at the gym I was changing and I noticed that my stretch marks are gone. i had a few on the sides of my belly and now you can barely see them at all!!

At the gym today I ran a mile and a half, rowed for ten minutes and biked for 20 minutes. After that i did some light lifting and crunches.

I'm really excited, I feel really good about myself and life in general. I look forward to healthy meals and working out. I have been doing this for 2 weeks and have lost 8 pounds.

I guess the amount of weight I was losing and my body expanding and resizing was to do with it...haha I freaked out, but I can honestly not even see them unless I look really hard.
