I like kettlebells, weight training, spin classes, and bodyweight exercises. I also like cycling in the spring and summer, but that's pure recreation. I'm not in Lance Armstrong garb now.
Swimming and tennis are also fun but they are rarer for me.

My cycle: Get fed up with my weight gain, get in shape. Realize how ugly and old(er) I am without that 20 lbs of fat. Get depressed and eat again. Repeat.
There needs to be a weight loss program where you lose body fat and keep face fat.

Im putting on mass first so there is something to sculpt

some cardio liking stationary cycling
some mobility work too
