Title: If you had to choose between giving up cheese or alcohol?

Real talk: Different cheese types have different levels of lactose in them. I wish the government required it on the label.

You should be 100% fine with something like parm. Gouda, in moderation. Brie? Avoid.

The harder the cheese, the less lactose

Seriously though, I hardly drink anymore, only in social settings (but going for a drink is still 99% of what my friends and I do :existential), but fuck no to quitting pizza, gratins and mac & cheese or just biting into a piece of Manchego or Parm :drool
