Chances of this planet redeeming itself from the consequences of climate change are slim to none. Instead of viewing this as a death sentence or possible extinction slip, view it as an opportunity to live as fully as possible.

Appreciate electricity and how easy it makes nutting. Love those that gave love to you and hate and burn the motherfuckers that dunk on you. Get revenge, and feel terrible about it.

Truth is, especially in the United States, heaven and hell are parts of the same day. Live life knowing that you had time to appreciate the peak and gross excess of humanity before we become fish people tribes.

In a work meeting last week, we were talking about 2020 forecasts and how it was unpredictable because of the virus and I said “it’s not like we have 2020 vision” and no one understood my joke and I’ve been having trouble sleeping ever since.
