Title: Let's talk men's fragrances

Out of any cologne I've ever used in my life, nothing has worked as good as this stuff. I get the most overt, sexual comments when I wear this. What are you guys wearing?

There is no sniffing allowed for the next ___ months.
I suggest you comply.

Currently it's Nike Blue Premium Edition.

I'm thankful that it's really small. Given that I use cologne like 1 a week most of the time, it seems to me that the fragrance seems to lose its power after it was first opened after like several months. Or I don't know. Maybe that's just a placebo on my end.

Before I was using something from Calvin Klein, but couldn't tell you what type it was.

Is Gio still good? That’s the last one I bought like 20 years ago. I loved it and used it all.

Once I got married and work in a place that’s 98 percent male, I quit wearing cologne. Now I just use scented lotions.

Eh, soap and lotions can go a long way.

My work requires me to interact with a lot of different salespeople. Some of those motherfuckers bathe in that shit and it’s nauseating. It’s turned me off to cologne in general.

A couple months ago I went a Hermes store and checked out their newer (2018) hermessence offerings. Nice enough but not entrancing.  I do like poivre samarcande but they don’t carry mid-size bottles and it’s almost $300. The only thing I’d drop that coin on is Serge Lutens Iris Silver Mist.  :doge

Still on these two:

Hugo Boss In Motion is what I use most of the time.

I have some expensive ones but if I were to look at the levels of my bottles this one would be the most depleted due to use

It makes me smell like dark chocolate

I also like my Opium pour Homme but I've grown an aversion to powdery notes. It feels a bit austere and more appropriate in formal settings.
