Too many RPGs especially. I plan on getting Persona 5 Royale next week, so I really don't need FFVII or Trials...but have been interested in the latter for a while.

I don't need P5 either since I'm still working on Tokyo Mirage Sessions, but hey. Been waiting to play P5 for a while now.

Out of those, Disaster Report 4 could potentially be something with a lower print run and maybe difficult to find new or for a decent price later, but that's just a maybe.

It's pretty funny.. but same with the Switch list almost every month.

Vast majority of games are just late ports.

WAY TO MISS THE JOKE

But, it gets a lot more games only on the platform- perhaps more than even Sony at this point. Or at least it feels that way.

Heh no im sorry to say I have no ps4 anymore! Sold it last year due to pc upgrade :).

But I think having this be my first real re3 experience ( I played the demo on ps1 back in the day ) will bw good too. Never played RE2 either way back when, but loved the remake!

Post by: mormapope on March 26, 2020, 01:39:02 PM: I skipped Doon Eternal so I could pick up REmake 3 day 1. REmake 2 was a game I absolutely adored, one of the only games where I cared about perfecting it and getting S+/perfect grades.

I've dabbled in the spoiler thread, I don't think it'll be on the same level as REmake 2, but its definitely better than the original RE3 in every important way.

There's something weird about this game's visuals- some may not like the aesthetic, but apart from that, it's classic Panzer Dragoon and it maintains a pretty solid framerate. I wasn't the biggest fan of this series before and I'd rather play Space Harrier or Afterburner, but this seems like a good remake on first impressions. I like the soundtrack, too. Been way too long since I played the original game, so no idea if this is new, arranged, or the original music.

i don't mind the graphics because ofc it was going to be a budget title, more interested in knowing if it plays faithful to the original. also super excited for the new soundtrack. they brought in Saori Kobayashi, the composer of Saga and Orta, to remake the original's music. i know it's gonna be incredible.

Felt like it to me, but it has also been easily 20 years since I last played PD. You may need to adjust the sensitivity a bit, but I can't say it felt "laggy" or anything. Yeah, the aiming reticle is weird...but it works as intended. I'd say wait for the patch and see what people think.
