Title: Products you love
Post by: ToxicAdam on May 17, 2020, 09:48:37 PM
Let’s suck some corporate D. Tell me some of the stuff in your life you can’t live without. Health and beauty, food, gadgets, tools, cooking tools, clothing, cars, whatever.

Mine is copper grill mats. You lay them on your grill allowing you to walk away from the grill without worrying about flare ups charring your shit. They’re small enough to where you can sear the meat on one side of the grill, then transfer it over to the mat when you need to walk away. Once you scrape all the grease off, you can throw them in a dishwasher to be used next time.

My girlfriend introduced me to this brand of shampoo and conditioner and it's amazing. After years of searching I've found something that really works with my hair. Feels and smells great.

Bought this Jacket a year ago and love it. Looks really good.

I love my JBL Xtreme 3 bluetooth speaker. I keep it on my shelf and have my mac and phone connected. It's nothing amazing, but I love it as a standalone speaker that I listen to podcasts. I bring it around the house or outside whenever I'm working on something.

My Switch cause it lets me play Animal Crossing.

My Pixelbook cause it lets me read and write. I generally like Pixel and Nest products, they work together and I like the design language of it all.

My keyboard even though the speakers are going and I need to upgrade it soon, cause it lets me learn piano.

I'm trying to get to the mindset where I'm good with letting the rest burn.

I've been eating this since childhood and put it on just about everything. Eggs, sandwiches, soups, whatever.

As I've gotten older, I've started appreciating spicy flavors more, partially just for the flavor, but also for the pain, which lets me know I'm not dead yet.

I've used this once a day about 5-6 days a week for over two years now. Makes all kinds of smoothies.

I also really like OnePlus phones, but I'm probably done with them unless I really like the "budget" z model getting announced soon. Although my 7 pro is barely a year old I think, so it's not like there's a real NEED to upgrade. Their android skin (Oxygen OS) is my favorite that I've encountered so far, and that includes stock android.

I just upgraded from an S7 Edge to an s10e, was looking at the OnePlus 7 Pro, but I would have needed to buy a headphone adaptor and ditch my memory card (and pay $300Aud extra). If money was no object probably would have grabbed the Oneplus because I like the popup camera (and the s10e has black crush at very dark colours).

With any luck in 2024 i'll be buying a Oneplus 10

Been reading quite a bit over the last couple weeks, and I have to give begrudgingly give a shoutout to Amazon.

I actually really, really love my Kindle Paperwhite. High-res e-ink really gets me going. :noah

And the UI design is actually really pleasant. The hardware itself feels cheap but honestly, with e-ink readers, the cheaper feeling the better... would love if e-ink readers like the Paperwhite became almost as disposable as normal books.
