I have no a/c and no window (basically).

The only way to lower my body temp. is a bullet.  :fbm

It gets pretty hot in the summer.
Still, i miss living in the countryside on that front.

We've had some high 80s/90s here already but then it jumps back down again. Pretty erratic weather.
