Oh, so you're eating eggs to bulk up? At a certain point, it's going to start having the opposite effect. And not to mention, it's actually really harmful to your health. What else are you eating throughout the day?

1.) I use to eat eggs regardless, but I'd only eat about 4.
2.) Hans is actually pretty smart when it comes to health, plus a lot of my friends actually eat at lot of eggs and tuna but yuck I can't stand seafood :-\

Yeah I saw that thread but he wants to do a long term gain 50 pounds of dry muscle mass diet, not just keep in shape.

Mupepe here is what I pretty much have been adjusting myself to:
7:00
- Banana
- Oatmeal
- Eggs (I usually can stomach like 3)
9 a.m.
Eggs (about 3 or so) if I'm at work i'll just say I have to go to the bathroom and go to the kitchen where I put some ketchup with these bad boys
1 p.m.
- Grilled Chicken Salad with balsamic viniger.
- 4:30 p.m.
2 more eggs
6:00 p.m.
Steak or Chicken whatever I'm in the mood for, and a salad on the side.
I may have to bulk up my lunch though, I'll get around to looking into it more. and I drink a SHIT ton of water - well not that much, but a lot.
Will have pics in 3 months :-* that's my goal for now in terms of where I see myself with slight improvement.

That's actually a fairly good diet. And the fact that you're not eating too much in one sitting is good. But the cholesterol will catch up to you if you keep that up for a long time. I'd drop the 2 eggs at midday just for good measure.
But yeah, Hans definitely knows his stuff about health. And it will definitely get you a lot of protein and help you bulk up, but that doesn't mean it's really healthy.

well I've been on a "diet" ;p since roughly senior year of high school I went like hardcore - I mean I cheat now and then, but I'm pretty hardcore on what I eat.
right now I've been on this shit since Monday - I feel if I can do the same routine for another 2 weeks, even though it sucks, I can stick with it. At first when I was eating healthy years ago I hated it, but now it's almost second nature.

eh I'll write something concete for you over the weekend I'm kinna trying to figure out something new - so I'm doing a bit of this and a bit of that and a bit of that to make something work that I actually *like*
