Post by: Great Rumbler on August 14, 2020, 02:09:50 PM: Been eating a lot of Dubliner recently and it extremely top-tier. Dry and sharp like parm, but smoother and with a great taste. :lawd

Also got some 1000-day aged Gouda. It's a decent b-tier cheese, but I'm not super into it. :yeshrug

I guess food snobbery is shit though, I mean everybody's had boring old colby jacks and sharp cheddars because they're popular, right? a classic is a classic for a good reason
