I usually get full fat Greek, but a recent online grocery order had a lowfat replacement. It wasn't bad, but it missed the oomph. I get the why it is exist, especially if you're using calorie counting. I don't drink much milk these days, but 1 percent and below was always awful as a kid, when I drank more of the stuff. And lowfat cheese just sounds LOL.

Lowfat milk is just water, it's disgusting and undrinkable. I couldn't imagine how bad other low-fat dairy products must be.

it's usually bulked out with sugar anyway on top of tasting like shit. eat less dairy, but get the good shit if you're tryn not to be a fatty

I just love that low-fat is a thing because boomers thought fat cells migrated through body and remained unchanged.

Yes it also naturally lowers calories; but where is the logic? Drink 1 cup of something delicious, or 2 cups of something that tastes like garbage?

Except it doesn't. I've expanded my diet to include healthier foods that that are lower in fat and I'm enjoying a higher variety of more filling nutritious foods that are delicious.
I live in what's considered a food desert, so finding healthier alternatives is somewhat difficult. Also I'm old so food sticks to me.

I think most science would argue against this for Whole Milk but not going to argue against your personal experience. Certain heavily saturated foods can make you hungrier, but whole milk generally isn't thought to be one of them.
Yeah I missed the point of that - my bad. Potato chips or candy with lots of sat fat just causes more food cravings in my experience. Whole milk or yogurt is super filling.
I actually used to love whole milk (IN PAPER CARTONS) but I think if I started drinking it again I'd feel like I was drinking egg nog.
Of course my dad used to love drinking buttermilk.
