I own the GOTY edition of 1, so I’ll get the rest once they’re finally done (and cheap…).

The first game, particularly on Switch, became hard to find and kept selling right out anytime there was restock. It's only very recently that this seems to have slowed down.

But if it's anything like 2, it'll be content starved until 12-16 months later where it feels like it should have been on day 1. Still worth playing initially and then coming back 1-1.5 years later and doing all the new content.

Hopefully this one actually gets more elusives than 2 did. Most of 2's elusives were just repeats from 1.

Oh and I'll try the MH Rise demo.

I got a physical copy on Switch for the first game, but this time I'll probably just get it on Steam.

I got a physical copy on Switch for the first game, but this time I'll probably just get it on Steam.

Koei games are so hit or miss on PC. Good thing Steam refunds aren't a problem.

Well, on paper at least. There was that famous interview with a former contractor who said all that was ever completed for the project was a couple 3D models. :lol But that's still at least something.

Nibris did end up releasing like 1 ~~or 2~~ games no one cared about, even if Sadness itself never came out.
