Grateful that my job paid me for 8 months, while I was unable to work and on the transplant list.

Grateful that now that they finally had to let me go, unemployment isnt actually that bad, and I can basically be on it 3 years undisturbed (not that I plan to, but hey, helps me not stress out about when I finally get the call).

And I am grateful it isnt completely ruining me financially.
