A 6 letter .com domain should easily net at least $1000 on its own and then there's roughly 2000 registered members (i.e. email addresses).
With a little more certainty about the quality of those emails you could get at least $10k and if you improved the SEO rankings the value could be pushed to $100k - $500k.
