Post by: Tripon on January 03, 2022, 10:56:34 PM: The one I remember growing up was LA PIZZA LOCA. Home of El Pizza Gigante. You only ordered this if you know you want pizza for the week.

Post by: chronovore on January 03, 2022, 11:52:32 PM: There was a place in Capitola, CA that's gone now, but they served a two-layer pizza pie that was amazing. Bottom-to-top: crust, cheese, sauce, spinach, more cheese, another crust, then a little more sauce and cheese. Good stuff.

I won't post pictures because cameras hadn't been invented when I was in college.
