I remember liking the music. I think its widely hated...probably one of those guilty pleasures
-
I liked the first scene, then everything went to shit.
-
I remember watching it in High School and being bored.
-
I remember watching it for ten minutes expecting the whole thing to be a play or something, which would end and commence the actual movie to start. Then I realized it wasn't a play, they were really talking like that. Ugh

:lol
It was one of the appeals for me and I think I was at the "puppy love" age or something (I think I was 13 or so at the time). The modern twist allowed me to identify with the characters.
I guess you could use the "FIRST FINAL FANTASY" argument in this scenario

I liked the guns being called swords idea.
-
I liked Leguizamo's guns, so pretty
Off of Wiki
The Sword and Dagger handguns that were used in the film were standard Beretta Model 92FS (Abra & Petruchio), M1911 45. caliber (Romeo, Sampson & Gergory) and Taurus PT92 9mm Parabellum (Benvolio, Mercutio & Tybalt) handguns that were fitted with customised slides and accessories. Pistols and revolvers that were made by firearms companies like Colt and Smith & Wesson were also used by the main characters in the film.

Same for me. I have only seen it once, YEARS ago. But I loved it. But when I think about the idea of it, it sounds atrocious.

I remember liking it. That and Ian Mckellen's Richard III (the one where he's like some 30's fascist dictator or whatever).

I thought Leo was a hottie. *shame*
