I was watching a ummm copy of an episode of seinfeld, and they blocked out the word 'bastard'
What the fuck is that shit?

i miss canadian TV, they pretty much showed softcore porn on certain channels late at night. i remember watching some of it when i was little with the volume way down  :ninja

i was a pretty naughty kid.

but yeah, american TV networks are pretty prudish in comparison to most other TV networks around the world.

really?  I watch Seinfeld on WB all the time and they said "bastard" quite a bit.

Yeah they say bastard on TV pretty regularly. Unless you're watching MTV, only the "big 7" really get censored.

If you're watching MTV, EVERYTHING gets censored (in the music videos). It's ridiculous.

I love how they bleep out the "God" in "goddamn" and "mouth" in "ass to mouth" (at least in VH1's Clerks II special, that is... :rofl )
