Does anyone give a shit enough to get this? Why does Disney do this bullshit? Their animated movies fucking suck now.

It doesn't matter if adults want it. If enough kids see it in a store and nag their parents into buying it, it'll sell. Kids will only see the Cinderella character on the front, since half the target audience probably hasn't learned to read yet anyway.

My wife is one of those wierdos that has to buy any Disney movie they put out. Regardless of its complete lack of charm or quality. I'm sure she is not alone.

When Pixar took over they canceled all of the straight to dvd sequels of classic disney films. They made it well known when they took over Disney's animation that Cinderella III is the last one. The only reason this was not cancelled was that it was too far along.
Thank God for Pixar's take over at Disney.

What I gauged from the commercial. It seems like the plot is around the event when Cinderella meets the Prince being changed because one of her wicked step sisters uses the witches wand for time travel.

I hate when they make sequels that don't really set up for a sequel to begin with. Example: Cinderella II, Little Mermaid II, Fox and the Hound II.

Cinderella and the Prince are destined to be together, but have you ever wondered what would have happened if the glass slipper that was left behind after the royal ball fit someone other than Cinderella? Cinderella's Stepmother and Stepsisters Anastasia and Drisella change history when Anastasia steals the Fairy Godmother's magic wand and her mother uses it to turn back time and then cast a spell on the glass slipper so that it will fit on Anastasia's foot. The Prince immediately realizes that something is amiss, but a quick zap from the magic wand convinces him that Anastasia is his rightful bride-to-be and it looks like nothing that Cinderella or her mouse friends Jaq and Gus can do will set things right. Two questions remain: what will become of Cinderella and can Anastasia ever find true happiness by marrying someone who will never love her for who she really is? This 74-minute animated tale follows the classic Cinderella and its sequel Cinderella II--Dreams Come True and features nice animation, new conflicts between familiar secondary characters like the evil cat Lucifer and mouse friends Jaq and Gus, lots of new songs, a suspenseful story line and an all new song filled orgy ending sequence sung by the cast to the tune of "Fergalicious."

only Toy Story films were decent to me, but then again it was more for the novelty of the original than for anything else

I somewhat agree, but the difference between Pixar and the others is that Pixar movies are quality. The others use all these stupid pop culture references and it's lame, but Pixar knows how to tell a good story.
