Title: Home remedies for a sore throat?

I've been coughing non-stop for days and my throat is absolutely killing me. Anybody know of any home remedies that will soothe the pain?

Have you done the salt water routine yet? It's a pretty good way to negate the effects.
Also, drink a shit ton of orange juice. Sure your thoat will hurt as you drink it, but it'll replenish your body very well and ensure you won't be sick for longer than needed

hot tea, and sweeten it with lots of HONEY and add milk. honey is so so so good for a sore throat.

I dont drink tea, but I wonder if I just put some honey in hot water...

I was gonna say hot tea with honey, too. Gargling with salt water helps sometimes.
