Finally 2d has evolved. :check This is the step 2d should have taken fucking years ago, but instead of evolving it, people decided to abandon it. My God. Ps2 just won't die. best system ever.

I don't get it. This looks like animu whack off hour. It reminds me of that old RPG where you were the blacksmith or whatever. It was on PS1. Point being, the sprites are just prettier here. There's some nice stuff to look at, but it's hadly ZOMG CALL MOMA WE HAVE AN EXHBIT

Is it using vectors for the character art (in game)? Its so clean

but I agree with the art being kinda blah. Thats subjective so I'll leave it at that. If anything, this game gives hope for 2D games with awesome Image Quality.

This looks so fucking awesome, and quality hi-res 2D is such a lost art this day and age. This looks infinitely more appealing to me than any of this shitty cell-shading or over-bumpmapped and over-bloomed 'next-gen' titles. And I still have to purchase and play Princess Crown...

I don't remember, must of been something i read on gaf I saw a lot of people getting hyped for it and then i thought there was a general meh feeling for it after it hit.  I don't know I could be thinking about a different game.

jesus hell, princess crown is one of the best action RPGs of the 32/64-bit era, although it sadly never got an english release. i really didn't think that could be disputed; it's like people suggesting that twilight princess is better than oka..OH HIMUMU I CAN'T DO IT :-*
