I will probably unload Children of Mana and Advanced Wars in a trade for two PSP games (maybe Wipeout and something else).  I play those the least.

The only games I don't own that I really am interested in are Lunar Knights and Sonic Rush.

I'd say give Diddy Kong Racing a try if you liked it in the 64 days.  It's gotten a few bit of changes, but it's still an enjoyable game with some pretty baller MP after you get some things unlocked.

Does it have a better framerate than the n64 game? Does it look as good as Mario Kart DS?

Yeah, framerate is better...and I guess it all depends on taste in regards to what "looks" better.  I'd say Mario Kart, simply because the designs are better.
