That made it so she wouldn't forgive him?  I get the slight sense it may have been of the molestation variety.

I wanted to hate the movie, but I thought it was rather good. I went in knowing what happens and all, but still liked it.

I get the feeling it was maybe molestation from the relationship he had with Maggie.

He probably just treated her mom like shit, had multiple affairs and left them when she was young. That's why I don't talk to my father.

God I hated this movie.
