Normally a sixer ain't nothing for me. I can down that and wake up 5 hours later as a fully functioning member of western society. But RedHook IPA is devious, it's 6.5%! those bastards! had I known I could have saved some for a wind down from my day tomorrow , instead I'm going to wake up, probably still drunk, and proceed to have a shitty.

At least it tastes good and I now know what to get when I want to get pissed.

You can buy these 8% 440ml cans of 'Bourbon' and cola where I live. They realllly fuck you up. Its a pity they taste like shit.

I like higher alcohol beer. Great during cold months

it's great any time, just wish it hadn;t caught me off guard.

My favorite beer of all time is 6.0% (4 Peak's Hop Knott) and since I know that I know how to handle it. This stuff just kicked my ass though

I love the higher % beers. I love stouts that are devilish like that. Good stuff. That Redhook Ipa isnt bad actually. Still rather have a amber over a IPA though.
