So, I don't live at home anymore, but every now and then I'll swing by for a few days, mooch off the free food and lux comforts and then head back to my digs. On one of these occassions, I must have used their aging iMac (IT LOOKS LIKE A FLOWER GET IT) to login into my e-mail and/or EB and/or AskMetafilter because. Well. This is a little creepy.
I was showing my Mom the new place I'm hoping to snag a job at and when she downloaded a PDF, I noticed that the nudie/provocative pictures my girlfriend sent me were in the "Downloads" window of Firefox. I don't say anything, take a shower and when they're in bed I did some cursory digging in the history. Now, I mean, I'm an open book. I recently told my mother I have "awesome sex" and have suggested psychadelic mushrooms to her on more than one occassion. She already knows more than she wants to. So, I guess my Dad is. I mean, he's pretty up to date on my internet goofings. And he like Wilco's "I blew an Op" post a lot, I guess. He kept visting it.

No, I got my act together and dumped that fuckwit. I met a really incredible girl not long after and I'm actually hopping on a plane and moving in with her in two days. So fuck that shit.

Dunno. Looks like he kinda kept up with the board on the 11th to the 15th or so and then stopped. Maybe he posts on Mupepe.com now

I don't especially care. I'm 23, I support myself, I've been out of the house for like 5 years now. It's almost cute in it's naive, "What's my boy up to?" kind of way. I swapped my passwords and deleted whatever was saved and we'll leave it at that.

Whatever happened to your ex? Did she stay in South America? I remember translating your letters and stuff and I got sort of emotionally invested in the whole story. :D
