Whatever crap they're serving at the caf.
-
Sliced fish. I don't remember what kind, but it's good stuff.
-
A whole bunch of meats thrown into one cuisine with rice in there. There's lobster, shrimp, sausage...
It's an odd piece but it's delicious.
-

-

Peking Palace. They dropped off coupons last week, so I figured I'd try it out.

This sounds very good, yet very, very unhealthy.
-
I got some shrimp at Sam's Club, so I'm gonna cook it and then watch Little Miss Sunshine
-
:bow SPAGHETTI :bow

Homemade meatloaf ( a rea European-style forcemeat made with veal, good stuff)
Garlic mashed potatoes (whipped up from scratch!)
Steamed green beans
Lambic beer
Homemade chocolate pudding (using imported chocolate) for dessert
Enjoyed it a lot-was a good combination of European food snobbery and Southern comfort.

Making homemade brownies to send to my girl.
I'm also making buffalo chicken with light sour cream and celery.
Beer of choice: Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout.
-
Im sorry, but when you say homemade brownies, that just tips me off that its a lie.
-
I've got the pot, eggs, dark chocolate that i have to melt and other things they are homemade.
-
prepackaged udon and uh orange juice
-
Pork chops, mashed potatoes, rice, and rolls. We also had peas but I don't like peas.
-
I dont get the dont like peas stuff people have. Its just kinda weird. Theyre so small and well, its not like tomatoes or onions, i GET that.
Oh well my dinner rocked. Booze n Burgers.
-
I'm an extremely picky eater. There's a lot that I don't like.
Tomatoes and onions are gross though, too.
-
I don't like peas! My dad told me they looked like little ripe rabbit turds when I was five, and I never recovered. :'(
-
I was raised on bland food, so anything with a 'personality' generally turns me off
-
I'm gonna have me some miso ramen for dinner. The real stuff, not instant.
And this is where I'm gonna go:

I'm going to finish off a packet of Chinese sausage I bought last week. I might stir fry it with some spring onion - keep it simple, I think. Maybe some egg.
I'm going to sit down and enjoy it, now that I have one less thing to have done by morning: an interview just got cancelled, so now I only have two reviews, one feature and a column to finish. :(
-
What paper do you write for?
-
Well, the reviews are just CD reviews for a local magazine - DB Magazine. It's just a free Adelaide paper.
The feature is for GameCareerGuide. The column is for Gamasutra.
-
Oh you do freelance work? I studied journalism at university, but I never really liked it :-\

What kinda food has personality?

Heh, nor did I. I did half of the degree, then dropped out to become a chef.
Then I stopped doing that, and started working for Gama...
-
I'm thinking maybe sushi tonight. The seafood in this area is the freshest in like the whole country.
-
I had ribeye steak. :hump
