You can't do that, it does more harm then good when they have to move out and take on real life responsibilities and *gasp* pay bills! :o I wish my parents had done more for me in that respect but I'm doing ok now.

Even when I lived in North Dakota the school board in Bismarck vowed to not close school due to snow because there was a fuck-up once. I haven't had a snow day since 4th grade, even when the wind chill was -100, even when there was a blizzard and you couldn't see 5 feet in front of you. didn't matter, still had school.

Of course I get no days off now in AZ.
