Title: How come my hair sticks up on one side around my ears but not the other side?

My hair has a wave on one side and is straight on the other a lot of times. My old stylist also had a client whose hair grew more quickly on one side of her head than the other side. Weird.

As for your question, I have no explanation. Maybe Jesus knows.

i have a cowlick in the front of my hair and its pretty hard to tame sometimes

It probably depends on the way you sleep in bed and what part of your head is resting against the pillow all night.

That might be right. I think I do sleep on that side more.
