AN EVIL GUY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD

but first for some reason you must collect the CRYSTALS TO HELP

then you will face random boring battles turn based style, a million times over.

but wait

THE GUY WITH THE WHITE HAIR IS REALLY EVIL...oh noez I thought he was a good guy!?

rinse cycle repeat...go away with your boring RPGs Japan or at least do them in real time I'm just tired of that crap.

I think ive got all the good JRPGs on ps2 except I still need the ones demi likes, that shadowhearts or whatever.

Dragon Quarter
Dark Cloud 2
Wild Arms 3
Grandia III
Radiata Stories
Suikoden V

playing through them in pairs right now

Grandia III's battle system is one of the best ever made, Dragon Quarter doesnt fit cliche either.

JRPG fans are fucking distinguished mentally-challenged fellows. They'll sit around and complain about "generic" action games starring bald space marines or Madden, but in reality they've been playing the same shit games with the same shit recycled plots for 15 years now.

"An evil mage destroyed my village, but I can't remember what happened! I must find the crystals, and why is this myserious little girl following me? I must find the princess, who looks exactly like the mysterious little girl who's following me; oh well, I'll find out what's going on in 50 hours."

I'm more annoyed with their fans, as I mentioned previously. They are in no place to complain about generic games. Just as the biggest Ntard will talk about how generic and stupid Madden/Halo/etc are and then turn around and buy every Pokemon and Mario Sports rehash.
