Title: 400 lb 7 year old: what is wrong with America?

The girl is 7 and weighs 400 pounds. Does anyone else think that is just fucking sick and ridiculous? How is it possible to let a little kid weigh that much?

I could eat a lot and not gain weight when I was depressed so maybe when she gets made fun of in a few more years shes loss it all. add that to smoking in her teens, she'll lose it.
