Title: Is 300 going to be uncomfortable to see with my mom?

My mom and I are going later today. Is this going to be an experience that has us both squirming in our seats in discomfort? Are there any bad sex scenes and whatnot?

I'm like I ONLY FUCKING MOVED BECAUSE I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE SITTING NEXT TO YOU IN THE SHITTY MOVIE. She was really mad at me though and I didn't get to see the rest of the movie after the first 3 waves of Persian attacks.

What a fucking Nightmare. I hate my mom.

I think the movie could have done without everything besides the fighting from what I saw. The story parts were painful to sit through.

Well my mom was looking away and covering her eyes and being a dramatic annoying bitch. She did the same thing in Pan's Labyrinth whenever there was some gorey shit and it almost ruined the movie for me to be sitting next to someone I know is miserable and hates the fucking movie. It agitates me.

That's odd.  I've gone to see some pretty explicit movies with family members (Kinsey, for example), and none of us got particularly uncomfortable.  I've never even looked at it as an issue when I've gone to choose a movie to see (heck, my mom took me to see my first Bond movie, and those always have sexy scenes).  I guess that's because we're all adults, though...probably different for a teenager and her mom.
