Title: STARGATE SG1 just finished i've got tears in my eyes.

Just as the new members were finding their place in the show. The damn show ends its 10 year run. And with it one of the most befitting episodes of current years was aired in Britland today. As I watched the show's last airing just now. I couldnt help but get emotional, tears ran down my face as I watched all my favorite characters minus richard dean anderson (conflict issues with SGA and SG1 filming and continuity issues) I couldnt help but feel overwhelmed. One of the best shows on tv is now done.

I'll miss you SG1 and i'll purchase all your movies in the comming years. God Speed.

You are part of the problem.

Seems that there will be DVD's each year now if that turns out to be 2-3 dvds a year for 20 bucks or so I can get behind that. Just cause i know then that my money is directly supporting the show.

I used to see the ads for it and the special effects looked cheap as hell

One could say its hokie in some cases. Its surely not as big budget as Battle Star Galactica when it comes to visuals. But all in all the show is just fun, I love it. I've kinda lost touch with it though....I have to start picking up the season sets and catch up.

Well i was just trying to make a worth wild thread about a show i like. I know Maf likes the show, but he hasnt seen the ending. Its somewhat depressing to see good tv get taken off the air. So blah. I guess i'm the only one that likes the show.
