Rolling Stone: Should Attorney General Gonzales be forced out?
Bob Barr: He should resign. This is the last straw in a whole series of — what was the name of the Lemony Snicket movie? — “Unfortunate Events” that have raised serious questions about the lack of leadership at the Department of Justice and there being too-cozy a relationship between an attorney general and the president.

Bob Barr left the republican party a while ago. He was against the patriot act and left the party out of disgust if I recall correctly.
-
Yeah, but he's still arch-conservative.
Mr. Barr is actually a pretty interesting guy. He's participated in a bunch of town hall local meetings with ultra-liberal mag Creative Loafing. I don't like him or agree with him in general, but I respect him and agree with him on a few things.
-
yeah he is very conservative but in the last few years and been very non-partisan in his conservatism and been a big time anti-bush conservative.
-
Which is why I agree with him on a few things! He lives in my hometown, after all. I'm pretty familiar with him.
Back on topic, I wonder how Gonzales stays in his post after all of this? I guess he's doing a heckuva job.

Before, I was unsure of how I felt on this, but since Bob Barr has quoted Lemony Snickets, the answer is simple - Gonzales must go!
