Deadly force? I like the sound of that.

Cast and crew of the original are absent, though.  Could be a horrible, horrible sequel.  I've heard nothing from anybody on anything about it.

Is the first one really as omg awesome as everyone says..? Note: I'm not into zombie movies, and think they're stupid

I really like 28 Days Later.  It's got a real message to it, but the second half is light on the scares and heavy on the political and social commentary... so a lot of people dislike it.  It's probably come the closest of any modern "zombie" film to mimicking the kind of social commentary mixed with horror that Romero used to excel at back in his early years (not so much anymore).  It also has a tendency to be rather overrated in some circles.  If you go in with modest expectations and are capable of enjoying a nice blend of genres, you'll have a bloody good time.

You'll probably like it, if only for the 'fast zombie' fetish.

Seeing as it doesnt have the same direct its gonna suck probably. The director got it and he knew how to shoot a zombie movie. I cant wait for sunshine though. That movie looks so fucking awesome. We got posters yesterday for the next few months. If I get some extras i'll keep it cause that it is one nice poster. I really want a Hot Fuzz one but all we got so far are just a few drapes for our balcony.

Willco you want a Spiderman poster? we've got a few of those coming that i'm gonna put my name on.

I'm considering taking home our standie for Worlds End (pirates) but i have a feeling disney is gonna want it back. It looks beautiful and it is more than 14 feet long and 6 feet high. I've got my hands in all kinds of stuff and i actually get to take stuff home. Which is more than i can say for my concert gig job a year ago.

Sounds like another Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2.  I mean that in a relative way of the sequels compared to the original movie.  28 Days Later being better than Blair Witch Project however.

This has no chance of being good. Don't get your hopes up.

By the way, did anyone watch the alternate endings to 28 Days Laters?

spoiler (click to show/hide)
I'm talking about the ending where the father who was bitten gets a blood transfusion from the main character before he can turn into a vampire

The first one is Danny Boyle, so of course it was badass. Is the sequel Danny Boyle also?
