Title: Meeting my girlfriend's parents. I'm nervous.

Be a complete gentleman. Open doors, give proper thanks, ladies first, etc etc. Mind your table manners as well (if you go to eat).

The first time I met Ecro's parents was when his dad was a patient in the hospital I worked in. Fun and slightly awkward times.

I don't know anyone who doesn't stress about meeting a significant other's parents, but then again I've never heard a complete and total horror story, either.
