I tried FFTA and could only stomach up into the first map. Theres something about the game that didn't sit well with me. Never again.

I managed to make it all the way through. I tried to play it again a few weeks ago and couldn't. Steaming pile of crap. Can't rotate the camera, the new job system sucked, and the whole story blew. Ugh. I wonder if they'll ever make a Tactic's sequel that isn't trash?

Uhhhh they're ntards most likely. The same crop of people who never played the original, and then want a sequel to FFTA, yet...won't play the original unless it somehow appears on Nintendo consoles.

I didn't get to play the original. I will over the summer though.

I didn't play that many strategy games before playing FFTA and I was still able to tell that it was a shitty piece of shit. I fuckin hate that game.

It's FFT lite. Why did they pussify FFT? The original has stabbings, and murders, and devlish politic plot twists. Blood even drips to the ground when characters get stabbed. It's an amazing experience and they dumbed it down. When I get a new FFT, I want in the same spirit as the original and Tactics Ogre.

I forgot his name. From what I read on GAF, he was responsible for Tactics Ogre, FFTA, and I think FF12 until he disappeared or something.

He's no longer at S-E but, I hope he fares well in his future projects. FFXII wasn't up to the quality of his past games.
