every season is quality television but the best is of course the original, "animal precinct" set in NYC.

maybe i am biased, though, because animal precinct has my favourite officer, who shares my last name.

i seriously fucking love this show. it makes you hate people, but it feels so good when you hear that the douchebag who left his dog chained up in an abandoned shed to starve is gonna do jail time. all right. take that, you neglectful bastard.

I can't make it past the parts where they show how abused the animals are, I have to change the channel too quick.

I don't have it because I don't have cable tv. :'(

BUT when I sleep over Ecro's house I watch it there. I've gotten teary-eyed before when they've been too late to save the animals.

My dad hates when my mom watches this show, it hurts him too much to watch. I think I'd have problems watching it as well.

Seeing those dogs that are so skinny their ribs are poking through their skin, and seeing them cower with fear at any human... :(

If I could watch that show at home, I'd probably hold my cat and cry or something, knowing that if I didn't have her that she could be one of those poor animals cowering from humans with their ribs poking out.

I wish I could save them all. :(
