my daughter is watching the goof troop xmas episode ad nauseum and this question is driving me nuts. also, goofy takes a local poor family in for christmas and patronizes them. how the fuck is goofy gainfully employed? HELP ME EVILBORE.

Goofy's "job" is participating in off the books medical experiments. Max is simply a clone of Goofy, the result of one of these experiments.

I think it is funny that Pete is a convicted felon and he manages to have a much better life than Goofy.

my wife theorizes that goofy got a work injury settlement, like he was doin' his goofy thing and got his dick stuck in a forklift and his insurance company sued his employer and got him a cool half-million settlement right outta scrooge mcduck's coffers.

me, i think he's on the state dole since he's clearly distinguished mentally-challenged, collectin' special needs bankroll out of the wallets of disney taxpayers. either way, he's got enough dollars to put the local poors up for dinner and pay his suburbanite's mortgage.
