Title: Is there a fast way to split audio files into multiple tracks
Post by: Himu on April 04, 2007, 04:19:57 PM
I ripped all of Vice City's soundtrack and I'm splitting it all up commercial by commercial and song by song.  It's taking a while, is there a faster way to do this?

I too have been wondering this. For other things obviously, but still.

I'm splitting every track up with a program called GoldWave.

Goldwave is good.

Sony Soundfoundry is good also. But it costs some $$  ;)

It's pretty fast with Goldwave. It's just that I have so many tracks to split it'll take a while anyways. If you're trying to split just one file, goldwave should be fine.
