Title: Salaryman challenges old Famicom games to vindicate his youth, is awesome

Crazy-man Ray Barnholt put up this awesomely encyclopedic entry about a Japanese TV show where a middle-aged salaryman replays old, impossible, unbalanced Famicom games and other people make fun of his suffering. It combines 8-bit retrogaming with bitter schadenfreude, making it perhaps the best show ever?

The site appears to be getting hammered due to the EXTREME coverage of every episode from 5 seasons (!), but it's a totally awesome read.

Awesome ... 1000 channels and America can't have something cool like this on.

this sounds rad. tormenting a former comic with godawful NES games (although the Angelique Trois episode sounds hilarious) is potentially ideal programming.
