Title: How is Jumping Flash on PSP?

I saw it on the Sony PS3 store and god damn if I didnt love the fuck outta that game at PSOne launch.

same game, looks good on the PSP screen. no other game has really done serious 3d platforming like it.

Jumping Flash ALMOST makes me want to shell out for a PSP. But you need a PS3 to download it to the PSP, right?

Nope. Just hack it and put it on there yourself. Download the ISO or rip it yourself.

The way the PSP store is set up is distinguished mentally-challenged.  You should be able to d/l PSP games online through your computer and just pass 'em on to your memory stick. :/

It is really fucking good. One of best defining early psx games. It's one of the reasons I got a psx because it and Jumping Flash were displayed in stores near me.

I didn't even know wtf Ghost in the Shell was back then because I didn't watch anime.

I havent played since it came out (great rental, finished it in a night) and I was like 12 years old but I remember it being a pretty solid action shooter (cool moves like sliding up walls, firing tons of lock on missiles at once etc.) and a totally stellar soundtrack (Wetsbam and Joey Beltram have tarcks in the game also, so its sort of a pretty solid who's who of classic techno. So yeah it might be worth playing now, although its probably dated real bad now like 99% of PS1 games.

The new PS3 firmware lets you play PSOne games off the network on your PS3 now, I think.

I heard it was delayed until the 26th. IN any case this is great news.
