Me too.  After she killed her boyfriend in the second season and Tony put her on a bus back to wherever it was she came from, I was hoping we'd never see her again.  I was kinda pissed when she came back.

I hope they kill her off this season.

I'm watching the first episode from the new season to catch up - I really hate her.  She has some maid that lives with them to take care of their kid, so she never does any work.  She sucks.

She is so obnoxious that it really does make me wonder how much of it is acting.  Also, I hate her character so much that it detracts from the show.  That said...

I seriously think they're building towards Bobby wacking off Tony in the series finale and him taking over the family, with Janice as sort of the power behind the throne.  I'm not even kidding about this, it's a story thread that's been building for years - she was conspiring with Richie Aprile, and then with the Joe Pantoliano character (I forget his name).

Janice is a great hatable character.  Her passive-aggressive wackiness brought much to season 2.

I've been watching the earlier seasons on A&E again, and I've noticed that just about everyone has put on a ton of weight over the years. I guess money and power fattens you up.
