the evil, ass-raping Godzilla can defeat all.  The friendly, non-human stomping Godzilla is markedly less intimidating.

Hell, even Ultraman was able to kick his ass.

Not only that, do take note of the GAPING-BLOODY-WOUND it left behind, then remember that you're watching a kids show.  Just about every monster on the old Ultraman (heck, lots of the new ones too) shows meets a violent and sometimes gooey death.
